You fill out our order form
You fill out our simple online form with your career goals and most recent CV (if you have one). This information will help us understand more about your situation.

We assign your order
We assign your order to one of our experienced CV writers (typically happens within 1-2 days, but orders can be expedited for a faster turnaround).

We update your CV
Your writer collaborates with you via email to update your CV. If expedited, we guarantee the first draft of your CV will be done within 48 hours of placing an order (or we'll refund you the expedited fee!).

You pay for your order
After you review the first draft of your new CV, you pay for your order. After payment is made, your writer offers up to 2 additional revisions to finalise your CV.

We complete your order
After your CV is finalised, your writer completes any additional services in your order (e.g. cover letter, LinkedIn profile).

When do I pay?

For package orders: After you place an order, we'll send you the first draft of your new CV. Once you view and are satisfied with the progress on your CV, we ask that you make payment. We'll then provide up to two additional revisions of your CV and complete any additional services that you ordered (e.g. cover letter, LinkedIn profile). For all other orders (individual services / returning clients): You pay when placing an order.

Most orders take 3-5 days to complete the first draft. However, you have the option to expedite your order. Expediting your order costs £30 (paid up-front). We guarantee your first CV draft will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing an order, or we'll refund you the expedited fee.
Do you work in my industry?
Our team of 30+ professional writers have worked with clients in all industries and at all experience levels. In the (very) rare event that we don't have someone with experience writing in your field, we'll reach out to you after placing an order. Remember, you don't pay us anything until we've completed the first draft of your new CV.
How do I communicate with my writer?
We communicate with clients via email and text message. This is done as a matter of efficiency and allows us to offer extremely competitive prices for our services.
What is your 60-day interview guarantee?
This guarantee applies to the Professional Package. If you haven't received any interviews after 60 days from paying for your order, we'll rewrite your CV at no additional cost. You must have applied to at least 10 jobs to qualify.
